We are open 7 days a week, offering over 40 classes per week including strength & conditioning, Olympic lifting, gymnastics movements, skills, and SWEAT classes. We also provide onsite recovery services. 

Our 11,500 sq. ft. facility is clean, spacious and houses amenities like locker rooms & showers. We have a full range of equipment and keep it working at its best through proactive maintenance. Our members have unlimited access to all classes we offer as well as all equipment during regular open hours.

Steady Work Efficient Aerobic Training – the focus is light weight and consistent movement to produce a thorough sweat.

In this introduction to functional fitness, you will learn our most fundamental movements and receive expert coaching in squats, presses, and pulls. Foundations is an integral part of joining Shelton Athletics to ensure understanding and safety for all athletes.
