STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

We are open 7 days a week, offering over 40 classes per week including strength & conditioning, Olympic lifting, gymnastics movements, skills, and SWEAT classes. We also provide onsite recovery services. 

Our 11,500 sq. ft. facility is clean, spacious and houses amenities like locker rooms & showers. We have a full range of equipment and keep it working at its best through proactive maintenance. Our members have unlimited access to all classes we offer as well as all equipment during regular open hours.

OUR TEAM

Our classes are taught by certified and experienced coaches. Our coaches will ensure that you have the best experience no matter your fitness level. No prior experience is needed to participate, we’ve got you covered. You might be participating in a group class, but you will get personal attention.

Are you looking for motivation and accountability?  Our family of members and coaches are supportive and push each other to their maximum potential every day. 

1 hour class

Our group-coaching program is for those looking for extremely well rounded fitness in an engaging, fun and motivating group setting.

Note: ON RAMP is a pre-requisite to this class.

Steady Work Efficient Aerobic Training – the focus is light weight and consistent movement to produce a thorough sweat.

Saturday
8:30am

90 min class

In this introduction to functional fitness, you will learn our most fundamental movements and receive expert coaching in squats, presses, and pulls. Foundations is an integral part of joining Shelton Athletics to ensure understanding and safety for all athletes.
