We are open 7 days a week, offering over 40 classes per week including strength & conditioning, Olympic lifting, gymnastics movements, skills, and SWEAT classes. We also provide onsite recovery services. 

Our 11,500 sq. ft. facility is clean, spacious and houses amenities like locker rooms & showers. We have a full range of equipment and keep it working at its best through proactive maintenance. Our members have unlimited access to all classes we offer as well as all equipment during regular open hours.

  • CrossFit

CrossFit – strength & conditioning classes designed to build core muscle groups using barbells and other free weights and building endurance through high intensity conditioning workouts. Our CrossFit classes are designed to fit all levels from beginner to advanced. We focus on individuals and provide programming that delivers results.

  • Sweat

Steady Work Efficient Aerobic Training – high intensity and more cardio oriented group classes designed to improve cardiovascular health and maximize calorie burn.

  • Foundations

In this introduction to CrossFit, you will learn the most fundamental movements of CrossFit. You will also receive intro to Olympic lifts such as clean, snatch and jerk. We will also cover gymnastics skills for core stability and plyometrics skills like box jumps. Foundations is an integral part of joining Shelton Athletics to ensure understanding and safety for all athletes.
